Return Policy
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Due to the nature of trading card products, we do not accept returns on opened items, including booster packs, boxes, or tins and pre-order products.
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened trading card products Final sale items Damaged or Incorrect Items.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide: Clear photos of the item and packaging A full unboxing video showing the package being opened from a sealed condition.
The video must:
- Clearly show the shipping label Show the package unopened before opening
- Be recorded in one continuous clip (no cuts or edits)
- Claims without proper photo and video evidence may not be accepted. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
